Ceramics 2026 / 101st DKG Annual Meeting

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
Dear members and guests of the German Ceramic Society,
 

We warmly welcome you to KERAMIK 2026, the 101st Annual Conference of the German Ceramic Society (DKG), in Augsburg — a city that stands for its combination of tradition and innovation. 

It is a particular pleasure that this conference is being held in close cooperation with the Chair of Materials Engineering with a focus on ceramic fiber composites at the Institute for Materials Resource Management and the THA-comp “Composites for Lightweight Structures” research group at the Technical University of Augsburg. Both institutions stand for excellent research and practical development in the field of modern high-performance materials.

A special welcome goes to this year's guest country, Great Britain. British ceramics research and industry have made significant contributions to international development over decades. The exchange with our British colleagues enriches the conference both professionally and culturally and strengthens European cooperation in materials science.

The deadline for payment of the participation fee for presenters / authors ends. In case of non-payment, the contribution may be removed from the program / conference documents upon decision of the program committee.
