Exhibitor package

Services included in the exhibitor package are:

  • 1 exhibitor table (L = 120 cm, W = 60 cm)
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 power connection (230 V / 50 Hz)
     

Set-up and exhibition duration

Exhibition set-up: Tuesday, 01.07.2024, from 8:00 to 09:00 am.
End of the exhibition: Wednesday, 02.07.2024, from 15:00 pm.
 

Exhibitor fees *
Package with 1 person booth staff:  1400,-                                                                                                                                                                                         
Package with 2 person booth staff:  2050,-    
 


Please register for the exhibiton via the participant registration
* All participation fees are net prices plus the statutory VAT rate of the Federal Republic of Germany valid at that time and are subject to tax liability at the place of performance (here: Germany) – irrespective of whether the participant is German or foreign. The reverse charge system therefore does not apply. Please find the organizer’s VAT number on the invoice.
