No or incomplete delivery of documents by this deadline may result in your sponsorship or marketing not being implemented or being implemented incompletely.

All participation fees are net prices plus the statutory VAT rate of the Federal Republic of Germany valid at that time and are subject to tax liability at the place of performance (here: Germany) – irrespective of whether the participant is German or foreign. The reverse charge system therefore does not apply. Please find the organizer’s VAT number on the invoice.
