Three day pass
With our best-value three day pass, as you can attend all lectures and events of the regular conference program. Furthermore, non-members automatically acquire a DKG membership limited to one year and can benefit from its advantages without any further obligations (3). The three-day pass includes participation in all specialist events as well as all other regular program items, such as the Get-Together and the DKG Social Evening. During the specialist events and the evening events, catering is also included. The special bookings are not part of the regular program of the DKG Annual Meeting.

Accompanying persons
Every regular participant can register an accompanying person. This person will participate in the social program and is present at the Get-Together as well as at the DKG Social Evening. However, the accompanying person is not entitled to access to the specialist events, such as lectures or seminars. The attendance at the Welcome Reception and at the company and institute tours can be booked.

Day tickets and two day passes
This year, we offer day tickets and two day passes for the first time. Per each participant, only one of these tickets is available. The purchase of more than one day ticket and/or two day passes as well as the combination of day tickets and two day passes is not permitted. An upgrade to a higher category (two day or three day pass) is possible at any time. The due difference will be charged. Included in the day and two day tickets is the participation in all specialist events as well as all other regular program items of the same day(s). Special bookings are not part of the regular program of the DKG Annual Meeting.

(1) Only with a valid membership number of DKG, DGM or ECerS assigned to the participating member or his institution, and membership fee paid for the year 2016.
(2) Only on presentation of a valid proof of retirement or unemployment.
(3) Only natural persons: On receipt of payment, you will receive a one-year DKG membership (ends one day before the next DKG Annual Meeting). Your benefits of a DKG membership: participation in the DKG network, receipt of the DKG association magazine "cfi/Ber. der DKG ", participation in all DKG events with membership conditions.
(4) Fare is only applicable for students with a valid student card for the year.
(5) All prices are net prices plus 19% statutory value-added tax or the statutory value-added tax applicable in Germany at that time. Participants from other countries of the European Union will not be charged the value-added tax if they give stheir valid VAT identification number during registration. In this case the participant is obligated to meet his VAT requirement in his home country and pay it there.
